The great advantage of a “Buffet Roast” is that your guests can select their choice and size of meal, ideal for Special Dietary Needs!
Due to the complexity of allergies and dietary needs and that suppliers use terms like “blended oils” we cannot guarantee what our foods may contain. The following is a guide of what may be in our foods. Most people can still enjoy a meal from one of our Buffet Packages but need to carefully read this page and our ingredients list first. It is best to send a link of the menu package selected along with this page to the guests who enquire as it is too complex for the host to pre-arrange each meal to suit each need. Please do not have guess contact us directly for the same reason.
Each of our menu packages have built in foods to suit 99% of your guests with Special Dietary Needs.
A handy hint is that the guests with allergies attend the buffet first to minimise cross contamination. Please explain to your guests that although we will assist as much as possible we do not claim to be an “Allergy Free Food” caterer nor charge accordingly.

The Amazing Rice and Vegetable Curry are highly recommended as they cover 99% of guests with Specific Dietary Requirements.
Amazing Rice-
Brown Rice, Sweet Potato, Zucchini, Pepitas, parsley, salt, pepper, lemon juice and a dash of Olive oil.
Vegetable Curry
Bay Leaves, Cardamon, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin, Ginger, Crushed Mustard Seeds, Pepper, Crushed Tomato, Tomato Paste, Sweet Potato, Coriander, Chilli, Fenugreek powder, Garam Masala, Hing, Curry powder ( no onion or garlic ) Salt, Turmeric, coconut milk.
NB, we use Cobram Estate Garlic and Onion Infused Olive Oil, Low FODMAP certified by Monash University.
Vegetables for curry vary according to season, often cauliflower, potato, carrots, zucchini.
Potato Salad contains–
Potatoes, Corn, Egg, Spring Onion, Mayonnaise and French dressing
Kraft Mayonnaise:
Water, sugar, Vinegar, Vegetable oil (antioxidant 320), thickener (1422), salt, egg, mustard, Vegetable gum (415), Milk solids (non-fat), Natural colours (101, 160a).
Master foods French dressing:
Water, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic, vegetable gum, food acid, natural colour (riboflavin).
Allergen information: Contains egg and milk
Coleslaw contains–
Green & Red Cabbage, carrot and parsley.
Kraft Coleslaw Dressing:
Water, vegetable oil (320), sugar, vinegar, egg, salt, mustard, milk solids (non fat), vegetable gum (415), colours (101, 160a, 171), flavours, mineral salt (341).
Allergen information: Contains egg and milk
Coleslaw can be supplied without dressing (if notified prior)
Mediterranean Pasta Salad contains-
Pasta, Durum wheat semolina, may contain traces of wheat and soy
Salami, meat including pork(96%), salt, spices, Dextrose, Lactose, Vegetable powder, Sucrose, Glucose, Culture, Garlic, Antioxidant (300, 301, 316) Preservative (250), Natural Wood Smoke.
Sun-dried Tomatoes, Sun-dried Tomatoes 60%, canola oil, sugar, herbs, salt, minced garlic, vinegar, food acid (330), water, preservative (220)
Olive oil, contains olive oil.
Garden Salad contains-
Tomatoes, lettuce, onion, cucumber, carrot and capsicum. We do not use any dressing in the garden salad.

Water, stock, flour, pepper, garlic & beef booster (contains: salt, sugar, wheat cereal, flavour (621, 635), wheaten corn flour, colour (150d), hydrolysed vegetable protein, wheat fibre, rice bran oil, spices & spice extract (160c)
Fountain Mint Sauce –
Water, Sugar Syrup, Rehydrated Mint, Food Acid (260), Flavour, Colour (Caramel (IV)
Tomato Sauce – Brands change constantly, the below is Heinz and used on our chicken.
Concentrated Tomatoes, sugar, salt, Acetic acid, Citric Acid, Natural Flavours, garlic
Catering Spread-
